![]() Apparatus for wet or dry vacuum cleaning of surfaces
专利摘要:
An improvement in the dry vacuum cleaning of soft and hard surfaces in which vacuum only is applied to such surface, is characterised in that dry soil flowing away from such surface under the influence of vacuum is sprayed with liquid and deposited in a wetted condition in a liquid and soil-collecting vessel. …<??>Also proposed is apparatus for cleaning hard and soft surfaces by simultaneous application thereto of liquid and vacuum using a tool and which is equipped with a conversion device to permit dry vacuum cleaning with entrainment of dry soil in the liquid for subsequent collection in a soil and liquid vessel. The device comprises a 2-way valve (7) by which liquid flowing through a first pipe (5) can be caused to flow alternatively to a head (1) of a tool, or, through at least one branch pipe (9) to a second pipe (6) or pipe insert (11) by which suction is applied to the head (1) of the tool to entrain the dry soil flowing therein. The branch pipe or pipes normally terminate in one or more spray nozzles and may be located at various different positions in the path of flow of the dry soil induced by vacuum.
The invention relates to devices for cleaning soft and hard surfaces and, in particular, to devices of this type that operate when simultaneously supplying a liquid and sucking the waste medium from the surface. The purpose of the invention is to improve the operating conditions. FIG. 1 schematically shows a cleaning device; FIG. 2 is a section of the pipeline with a spray nozzle; FIG. 3 shows the types of connection of an additional tube with a tank for collecting debris sucked from the surface; FIG. 4 - details for conversion. A device for wet or dry vacuum cleaning of the surface comprises a suction head 1 connected by a pipe 2 to a suction system, a tube 3 connected to a liquid injection system (tank containing liquid, or other source) via control valve 4 and inlet pipe 5, two-way a valve 6 for shutting off the liquid supply to the head 1 and a tank 7 for collecting debris sucked from the surface. The tube 3 is attached to the pipeline 2 by means of clamps 8 and connected to valve 4 by means of a conversion device comprising a two-way valve 6 and an additional tube 9. The last one end is connected to the two-way valve 6, and the other end passes radially through the sleeve 10 through the sleeve an insert 11 inserted into the pipe 2. At the coupling 10, at least one spray nozzle 12 is installed, which, for example, is facing in the direction of air flow (Fig. 2). However, it can be turned in any direction. The valve 6 has a handle through which it can move alternately between the position in which it causes the fluid to move through the pipe 3 to the surface being cleaned and the position in which it causes the fluid to pass through an additional tube 9 to the tubular liner 11, where it exits at least one spray nozzle 12 and picks up dry soil, which under the action of vacuum moves through the insert 25 breathe 11 (arrow A). Liquid waste: sludge and trash goes to tank 7. Additional tube 9 with a spray nozzle or nozzles 12 (Fig. 1) may end at any position 9q immediately after the head 1 or tube 9 and / or each nozzle 12 may end at any 10 place along pipeline 2 or in a pipe connecting the latter with a vacuum source. Other positions of tube 9 and corresponding nozzle or nozzles are possible. 15 (Fig. 3). In one position (9S) there is a connection through a vacuum sealing tank 7 for collecting fluid and garbage, while in other positions (9b) and (9d) the connection 20 is located in the insert 11, which is located inside and outside the tank 7, respectively. In all cases when a tubular liner is used, the position of the latter between the vacuum source and the tool head can be changed. Two or more additional tubes and / or two or more tubular inserts 11 can be used, connected in two 30 or several alternating indicated positions. The conversion device, which may be in the form of an additional set of tools (FIG. 4), operates more efficiently when valve 6 is in the position for dry vacuum cleaning, with the advantage of dry vacuum cleaning being achieved without the usual problems of leakage of dry debris from the tank for collecting dry garbage, as it is suspended or precipitated with liquid B in a tank for collecting liquid and garbage. 45 This eliminates the need for bags for a piece of dry garbage, as well as the need for additional filtering of waste air 50. Therefore, one machine can have two modes of operation. However, the JJ dry waste collection can be achieved without a two-way valve 6 and an additional tube 9 by placing the tube 3 for supplying fluid at any place at the indicated positions.
